Kindly download the Registration Guidelines and read all the instructions carefully before clicking the PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.


1. The Consent Form included in the guidelines must be:

   • Printed,
   • Signed by the Delegate, Parent/Guardian, and the School Authority, and
   • Stamped with the official School Seal.



2. A scanned copy of the duly completed and signed Consent Form must be uploaded during the registration process on the next page.

1. Enter the applicant's name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, and all other details exactly as they appear on the official school records and certificates.

2. No corrections or modifications will be permitted after the registration is submitted.

3. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed.

4. Incomplete registration forms will be rejected automatically.

5. After completing the registration form, click "Submit" to proceed to the payment page.

6. After successful submission, a User ID and Password will be generated.

7. Print or save the Registration Acknowledgement containing your User ID and Password.

8. The login credentials will also be sent to your registered email address.

9. Preserve your User ID and Password carefully, as they will be required to:

   • Check your registration status
   • Download committee allocation
   • Receive conference updates
   • Access conference documents
   • Download certificates (after the conference)

10. Keep a copy of the submitted registration form for future correspondence.
